Introduction to the NOORI quality control

NOORI products are manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with the following standards:

IEC 60086-1 :2015 — Primary Batteries – Part 1: General

IEC 60086-2 :2015— Primary Batteries – Part 2: Physical and electrical specification

IEC 60086-5 :2015— Primary Batteries – Part 5:safety of batteries with aqueous electrolyte

And the product nominal voltage, average weight, nominal capacity, electrical capacitance are strictly tested. Each batch of products is tested for each discharge item (not less than 4 items) (not less than 9 sections for each discharge item).

Test leakage resistance under different discharge loads at temperature 20 ± 2℃ relative humidity: 55 + 20 / -40% RH.

In different vibration, shock and climate conditions, the safety performance of the product, the battery should not leak, no explosion, no fire. And ensure the safety performance under routine incorrect use.(Definition of battery explosion: solid material ejected 25 ㎝ from the battery from any part of the battery)
