NOORI factory inspection knowledge introduction 3

NOORI batteries will undergo a series of data tests when leaving the factory. Today, we will continue to introduce two of the test contents:

Impact test:

After the battery is fully charged, place a hard bar horizontally on the battery, and use a 20-pound weight to drop from a certain height and hit the hard bar. The battery should not explode or catch fire.

Penetration test:

After the battery is fully charged, use a nail of a certain diameter to penetrate the center of the battery and leave the nail in the battery. The battery should not explode or catch fire.

Fire test:

Place the fully charged battery on a heating device with a special protective cover for fire. The test results should show that no fragments penetrate the protective cover.
