NOORI batteries will undergo a series of data tests before leaving the factory. Today, we will continue to introduce several of the test contents:<\/p>\n
Penetration test:<\/p>\n
After the battery is fully charged, a nail of a certain diameter is used to penetrate the center of the battery and leave the nail inside the battery. The battery should not explode or catch fire.<\/p>\n
Fire test:<\/p>\n
The fully charged battery is placed on a heating device with a special protective cover for fire, and no fragments penetrate the protective cover.<\/p>\n
Temperature cycle test:<\/p>\n
The temperature cycle test includes 27 cycles, each of which consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n
01) The battery is transferred from room temperature to 66\u00b13\u2103, 15\u00b15% and placed for 1 hour,<\/p>\n
02) Transferred to a temperature of 33\u00b13\u2103 and a humidity of 90\u00b15\u2103 and placed for 1 hour,<\/p>\n
03) The condition is changed to -40\u00b13\u2103 and placed for 1 hour<\/p>\n
04) The battery is placed at 25\u2103 for 0.5 hours<\/p>\n
These 4 steps complete a cycle. After these 27 cycle tests, the battery should have no leakage, alkali climbing, rust or other abnormal conditions.<\/p>\n
Drop test:<\/p>\n
After fully charged, the battery or battery pack is dropped from a height of 1m onto a concrete (or cement) floor three times to obtain random impacts. The battery itself does not burn and remains stable.<\/p>\n
